
I had a deal one time where I bought a text book for a class on line and the seller didnt send it to me and also stopped responding to emails. I called Citi which is who my card was through and they took the charge off and said they would do their best to reclaim their loss. They sent me a form a couple days later asking for the same shit I told them on the phone and that was it. It took me about 10 minutes on the phone and that was it.
