Those don't have shit for accuracy and are so bad they aren't admissable in court.

it was a PBT and I know they aren't 100% accurate, but if used correctly, they will give you a fairly accurate "ballpark" figure

I drink about two or three times a year, but as i said before, at 300lbs I can absorb some alcohol

You did not hear complain!!! I just stated facts, I just have a problem when it turns into an attack on a certain group, esp. one that you can relate to or are affected by. The reason DWI's are so in the public eye is because it's LEGAL to drink if 21, think if they made smoking pot LEGAL and developed some "legal limit" and a good way to tell visually or by smell that someone was "stoned"; that would be a very large group also!!!! But its not only about "one" group, thats what I'm getting at!!!

That's because the farther a person falls into alcoholism, the easier it is for them to hide it. Not they are in any better shape to be driving, they just know the "tricks" to not getting caught.

I looked up the law, and it did stay at .20
