How was the turn out for drag racing? I wanted to race but I wasn't feeling good after a ride in a guys car around the track so I left and went home at 2:00Comment

~25 cars drag raced. It started at 5:30 and by 6:30 there were no cvars in line...they were all cooling down. I did 8 runs but could have easily done double that.
It was a very fun time

Turn out was good. Had 32 cars. I made 11 passes. My worst was when I closed the cut out:13.4@105
Best was 13.03@108.6
They only timing lights they had set up were 1/4mi ET and mph.
I raced ssleeper and had a lower ET and higher MPH, but worse R/TNick Choban

Yeah getting rides in a few of those cars was INSANE!!! I got several laps in a brand new ///M3 and it was INSANE how well that car handled, and how fast it was down the front straight. Also got a ride in an 03/4 Cobra, which was a blast too (sounded better, but was def. slower around the track).Originally posted by 88five0

13.52 at 105 first time at the track, i was happy with that, i figured i would have run like high 13's to low 14's with lots of wheel spin, but not any wheel spin, so I was happy, was def. fun as hell up there!!!Comment

Al, the ride I got was awesome. I could tell you were taking it a little easy the first lap and then got more aggressive. The car handles very well for as stock as it is.
And I wasn't kidding when I said the sub sandwich I had earlier felt like it was gonna surface
