So Punch and I are having a disagreement on my possible new purchase. He suggested I get some input from the TCStangs crowd. So lay it on me.
I totaled my car, or so the insurance company tells me. I'll be getting a very nice pay off for it. I'd like to buy another E36 M3. This is the one I have my eye set on right now:

1995 BMW M3-TURBO second car from ACTIVE AUTOWERKS
asking $22,500 or best offer
car has been in several magazines!!
1998 3.2 L 18,000 miles on motor, 57,000 on body
Stage 1 Generation 2 Turbo kit 400 HSP at 10 PSI
full electronic GREDDY system
Front mount intercooler/ with additional fuel injection
Clutchmaster Stage 5 Kevlair clutch/lightweight fly-wheel
3 inch exhaust motor out
all bushings and bearings replaced
suspension redone-rides smooth
Rear of car widened to fit larger tires {didn't like wide body kits so had professional autobody work done by head of RAY CATINA}
wheels and tires- 2 sets, 19 inch symbolics SL-15 265 in rear 235 front
18 inch fondmetals 245 in rear, 235 front
Car was recently repainted. It runs and drives like brand new, car is fast and completely worked.
Car has a lot more upgrades
Car was rebuilt by AZEVEDO motorsports and can be viewed at their website azevedomotorsports. You can also see the process it under went in rebuilding the motor and turbo kit.
I've spoken with the guy selling it and he's offered to overnight me the entire folder of receipts and work details that he's kept on the car in the 6 years he's owned it.
It's a 1995 car with 57,000 miles, and the engine is a 1998 with only 18,000 on it. This engine was installed when the AA Turbo was put on.
What does everyone else think?
