I've posted this already, but I figured I'd repost it with the new price...thanks for looking.
Okay, I never thought I'd do this, but I have to sell the Malibu.. :tear:
I was just divorced, got a new job, the engine doesn't run, and it's just sitting. There's no way I'm going to be able to build an engine within the next 6 months at least. I've got too many other things I need to take care of and it's just rotting if I don't do something with it. I simply have too much on my plate right now, and having a car that needs an engine is one thing I can eliminate, so here it is...
The car, as many may already know, is really clean and everything but the engine is tip-top. The engine itself had some valvetrain problems and the block would need a couple sleeves in the lifter bores and maybe even new pistons because from the looks of it, the pistons are too small....weird. This is why I always had a lot of crankcase pressure.
Comes ready to go once a short block is tossed in. Included are:
9" ford with moser axles, 3.89 gears, brand new Quick Time Pros, and a minispool.
TH400 in perfect condition from TCI and a TCI 3800 stall with anti-balloon plate for nitrous.
New exhaust....custom 3" x-pipe with 40 series delta-flows and turn downs before the rear end.
two 400 blocks, 1 3/4" supercomp headers, tons of autometer guages already installed in the dash, MSD distributor and 6AL box already installed and working, custom cooling system with 4th gen cooling fans and a 31x19" griffin radiator. Lots of March brackets and everything for the front of the engine...alternator, water pump, PS pump, etc. Also, I have a 2004R transmission that works and I was thinking of building it up so I would have an overdrive.
The car has some suspension mods as well including BMR LCAs, a bigger rear sway bar, and boxed UCAs.
The interior is in good condition, but not perfect.
The fuel system is complete including a 140GPH 14PSI pump, RCI 16 gallon foam-filled aluminum fuel cell in the trunk, 6AN fuel lines, and a mallory 3 port regulator.
This car is ready for a stout short block!!! :3gears:
$4300 or B/O
