Use of pictures taken individually is not forbidden by Ford.
It is the use of the Ford logo specifically or any of their trademark images that cannot be used.

Since NONE of their images will be used, no approval is needed.

Has this calendar been approved by Ford to be made and sold? If so then I would like to see their approval letter and then I will order one.

That doesn't' make any sense. If they are not using any of ford's trademarks (logos, names, slogans) I don't get why it would be illegal to sell the calendar.

Please explain.

And that issue was resolved and the club proceeded to make the calendar.

Ford has no problem with Mustang or other car owners taking pictures of their vehicles for use in club materials like calendars.
