Why do you need more info, he's asking who can tune it who cares what is done to it.Originally posted by Redneckvert View PostWhy is it running rich? You need to tell us more about the car, what is wrong and what it has done to it.
Do you know how much a tune costs?
More info is needed.
APS or DB.Buying muscle/sports cars/regular cars/trucks, send me info, I pay cash or credit card if that makes you feel better!

I would suggets RSmotors they have the mustang dyno which " in my opinion" provides more realistic numbers rather than the dynojet and dynodynamics that are use elsewhere. Ron is also a great guy and knows his shit. second choice would definatly be DB though. Both great shops and very professional.

What I would do is schedual it for a baseline with the possibility of a tune. Hitech would be $75 for a baseline, if it is very rich and needs a tune, the cost of the tune will be $550 (and will include the $75 for the baseline) this includes a chip and all the dyno time... So worst case you would be paying $550. If everything looks good, and it really isn't rich then it only cost you $75 and you now know how much power your car makes.Originally posted by youngblood32 View Posti dont need curb side service just dont want to drive way down south when there are people on north side of cities that do this.

we are not ricers, well most of us anyways. This is completely irrelevant to the tune. The dyno just gives an approx. and all it needs to do is allow for optimum tuning. weather the max readout number is + or - 5% of actual power is worthless.Originally posted by 1fstcoupe View PostI would suggets RSmotors they have the mustang dyno which " in my opinion" provides more realistic numbers rather than the dynojet and dynodynamics that are use elsewhere.Mustangless!

Your right max hp has nothing to due with the tune. But what does my post have to do with ricers? I was simply stating an opinion and giving him some info.Originally posted by 289Notch View Postwe are not ricers, well most of us anyways. This is completely irrelevant to the tune. On the other hand If your just looking for something simple get yourself a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and try leaning it out a little. There is alot of things you can do. Shit you could even throw a couple gallons of E85 in the tank, mixed with the 87,89, or 92 that your running right now it would lean it out a little.
