    New adition to the family..

    6 months old american pitbull. plays a little too rough with smaller dogs and bites all the time, anyone here have pitbulls is that how they are all the time?? or is just because she is so young???

        Depends on the dog. All puppies can be mouthy.

        As for playing with other dogs, you likely won't really know till she's a year to two years old whether she gets along with other dogs or not. That's not really breed specific either though.

          yeah we are gonna take it to those free puppy classes at petco so she can get use to seeing other dogs too..

                  yeah she knows what NO means tho hahah. shes a little to naughty most of the times cant wait to take her to the dog park. hopefully she comes back when i call her lol.. otherways im gonna have to chase her all over the park.

                    she is about a year now and most of the naughty behavior is gone now, just takes time and patience. Im very stern, the dog listens.

                              Pits are not normally aggressive towards humans unless trained or raised that way. Take her to dog parks as a pup as much as you can to get her socialized with other dogs. This will help. How old is she? Looks small for 6 months. Also research some puppy training around town and do your research on training. BE COMMITTED and she will be as good of a pet as any dog. Ask me how I know This is a 12 week old in this picture. Not pure but a mix.
