    FS: IBM T60 laptop

    I'm a Mac guy, but this PC laptop was given to me to fix up. Had a bad HD. Replaced it with a new 160GB unit. Has a clean install of XP(activated, COA is on the bottom of the laptop). Everything works great, battery is only about 50% of new runtime. New batteries are $50 tops on ebay. Going rate on Clist seems to be $500. Since the battery sucks, and I hate PCs, $400.

    * User Input: Touchpad, Pointing Stick, UltraNav buttons, Fingerpring Scanner

    15" screen config: 13" x 10.6" x 1.2-1.4" (width x depth x thickness)
    * Weight: 6.4lbs (14" T60 is about 5.2 lbs with a 6-cell battery and optical drive)

    T60's are solid machines. I would be careful with it if you’re not 100% sure where it came from because businesses often use Computrace on those models. Computrace should be built into the bios on any enterprise level Stinkpad starting with T43s. It can be removed, but it's a bitch.

      It was a personal machine. I checked it out though. No sign of Computrace running on it.

        My work uses the Lenovo T series and so far they have proven their keep. I've seen some units that have been used for years and they still run like new, just have to worry about users going to inappropriate websites or using iTunes when they shouldn't be
