electric fan and pulleys

i got my FPR in and it still shakes/sputters at 3kRPM. Today i just sow that i have cracks in my fan and it spins if i spin it by hand so i am going to go electric fan and pulleys.

what are the best new fans i should buy and what are the best pulleys i can buy without having to use alt pulley if possible.
