Just got done watching the new show Pinks on speed channel. It is an awesome show!!! Tonight they had a race between a pure drag camaro and a street firebird. The 2 guys were from chicago and they were both spraying on the car. The set up is a best 2 out of 3 takes the other guys car. It is a really sweet show. Was watching it and realized that it was being filmed at Cedar Falls. How awesome is that. Turns out that the winners car goes on the shows website and anyone can challenge them to a race and then the show will come and run it. This is probably one of the coolest shows i have ever seen. It is all technical and if you dont know much about cars then you would be lost in all of the lingo that they are talking. "Spraying" and all of the other stuff we like. Did anyone else see it? In the credits it thanked cedar falls raceway. Someone should challenge the guy from chicago!!!

I hope you guys are kidding. THat was the worst TV Ive ever seen. The show is the worst "racing" show ever. And the "reality" part of the show was BS. Nobody lost their rides, and in a few cases they taped some of the races 5-6 times.

Not to mention they runied our test and tune day.. BTW- Did they show any of us tcstang guys? I didnt get to watch the whole show, just the last race between the two ChiTown racing guys (yes they are friends... funny chance for a reality show....)

i could care less if they actually lost their cars or anything. just liked to see something different on tv that had to do with racing. someone should go on that show.

They got to buy each others cars back for $100 dollars, just to make it legit? Screw that show, so the "reality" is, it was more like the winner gets $100 dollars, big fuckin deal. The only thing i thought would be cool about it is the "lose your race, lose your ride" that they advertised on the commercials, that way it made it tricky because it takes money to go fast but not enough money in it and you lose it all. But if you are racing for $100, who cares.

I refuse to even watch that trash unless they show any of the clips of us flicking off the camera. Those bastards wasted an entire test n tune day to film that crap. Not to mention if was the furthest thing from racing you could get - "Negotiations" for an hour before the race, huge head starts, $100 buy backs, total bullshit.
