I jumped with my right foot forward to slide playing baseball and accidently hit the ground with my foot....metal cleat stuck in.

I did the same thing when I was in school just Instead of a spraind swollen ankle
I had a compound fracter from the inside of my foot up to the center of my knee cap. I was in a wheel chair for 2 months and on crutches for another 6 months.rides:
