Cold engine check engine light. 92 5.0

When i start the car and start driving the check engine light randomly flashes. Car runs fine and drives great. After a couple minutes it stops. Any ideas?

This. That'd help narrow down the vague symptom description.

I'll try. It seems kind of random.

Use a hot needle and get rid of the light.

Bend a paper clip and read the codes.

Ok, it seemed to blink twice, pause, and blink twice again. That was it.

Code 22 is MAP/Baro out of self test range.

Well being a 92 it would be a baro code. The barometric pressure sensor changes timing based on the altitude of the vehicle. The code basically means that there is something wrong having to do with that sensor's circuit.

Something easily changed? Where is this sensor located?

Not the best picture, but this is what it looks like.

I haven't owned a fuel injected fox body since high school, but if I remember right its located on the firewall on the drivers side. But I wouldn't just simply replace it, I'd go through and test the circuit. Check reference signal to start with. And the sensor itself turns reference signal into a pulse based on the piezoelectric pressure sensing disc, so if you have the capability to test for hertz, you can check the signal return portion of the circuit.

159 hertz is sea level and 156.1 is 1000 ft elevation.

Heres the diagram if you want to backprobe to find reference and return signals.
